Rooms
Our stylish and elegant rooms and apartments have been designed with a view to rest on the go. Their common feature is comfortable wide beds and furniture specially designed by us, which perfectly meet the needs of guests.
Is internet available in the room?
Yes. Free high-speed Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the hotel. Guests receive an internet password upon check-in, along with their room key.
Is it possible to store valuables in the room?
Our apartments are equipped with a safe. In the case of Superior, we recommend that you deposit your valuables and cash in a deposit at the hotel reception.
Is there a fridge in the room?
The apartments are equipped with a refrigerator. Superior rooms do not have a refrigerator.
Are the rooms adapted to the needs of disabled people?
The hotel has a single room adapted to the needs of the disabled. The guardian of the disabled person, subject to availability, can be accommodated in the nearest neighboring room.
I would like to regain my property left in the room. How am I supposed to do this.
The item left at the hotel can be sent by courier to the address provided. The day after the Guest accepts the shipping cost, we will deliver the package to the courier.
Policy towards children
The youngest guests are warmly welcomed. Children up to 3 years old – stay free of charge and receive complimentary breakfast. Children aged 4 to 18 years old are charged at the adult rate.
We have tourist cots for small children. If you wish to place a cot in the room, please notify the Reception Desk at the time of booking.
Parking
Parking for 100 cars. When visiting our hotel, you can park your car comfortably and safely. Parking is an additional cost - 50.00 PLN. Booking a parking space in advance is not required.
Meals
The main culinary point of the hotel, which tempts you with the aroma of freshly prepared dishes at any time of the day. It is here that our guests can enjoy filling breakfasts, delicious lunches and in the evening time of exquisite dishes from the a` la carte offer.
Crystal Restaurant is open until 11:00pm. The Club of Lords is open until 3:00am, offering a dinner set menu. Room Service is also available. By calling 444, you can order meals delivered to your room.
In case of an early check-out, we invite you to take advantage of a takeaway breakfast set (available at an additional cost).
Policy towards animals
Pets are accepted at the hotel. Additional fee applies (80 PLN/day). Please contact the front desk to inform the hotel about your stay with a pet.
Hotel allergy friendly
Mattresses, bedding and cosmetics available in the hotel bathrooms meet the anti-allergic criteria. In addition, our gastronomy prepares, on request, meals free of specific ingredients (allergens).
